COACHING CUES

This is the advice I give my clients during their training sessions with me. These are the small tips and cues that will get you performing the movements for maximum benefit.

While these cues are intended to provide value to everyone by themselves, they also work hand-in-hand with my training app which you can find in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. These cues will help you master the finer points of form and technique with clear audio visual guidance.
